Armandina Munoz

Armandina Castaneda Munoz of Farmington, NM, passed away peacefully on August 26, 2023.

She was born on May 1, 1949, in Sonora, Texas, to Rudolfo and Leandra Castaneda. Dina, as she was known, was the second oldest among her siblings. Her favorite hobbies included going to yard sales, playing bingo, and visiting casinos. When the weekend came around, she looked forward to dining out all weekend long.

She leaves behind her loving husband, Cristobal, and her children: Jessica (Eduardo), Moses (Tracy), Michelle (Carlos), Jesse (Delores), and David (Carrie); 21 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. Her surviving siblings are Rudy, Celia, Edward, and Johnny. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leandra and Rodolfo, her siblings Alfredo and Linda, and 2 grandchildren, Raymand and Christopher.

Services, viewing, and rosary will be held at Farmington Funeral Home. The viewing and rosary will take place on August 31, 2023, at 3:30 PM, and the services will be held on September 1, 2023, at 11:00 AM.
