Barbara Jacquez

Barbara Michelle Jacquez, 53, of Aztec, passed away on November 27, 2021. She was born on February 28, 1968 in Espanola, New Mexico to Ubaldo and Bernie Arellano.

Barbara worked at the City of Aztec for 18 years. She enjoyed camping, going on walks, reading and spending time with family.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Ubaldo and Bernie Arellano, and nephew Jacob McKenzie.

She is survived by her husband, Johnny Jacquez, son Joseph McKenzie, brother Waldo Arellano (Diana), and sisters Wanda Baldonado (Raymond) and Cheryl Salazar (Robert).

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 11am at the Bloomfield Assembly of God Church, Pastor Alan Wolfard to officiate.

Honorary Pallbearers are Marcus Villarial, Micah Villarial, Jonah McKenzie, and Gabriel Arellano.
