Barbara Nell Reynolds

Barbara Reynolds, age 79, passed away on October 22, 2022.

Barbara was born in Meridian, MS to Martin "Jim" & Grace Vestal on March 7, 1943. Barbara lived life to the fullest. Her sister, Joyce, tells of her being the best roller-skating carhop in the 50's. Into the 60's and 70's, she worked for Arizona Port of Entry, as a Real Estate Agent, a school nurse, at San Juan Power Plant, and Western Tire Company. In the 80's and 90's she took up truck driving. She also put her mind to writing poetry and many published in the Who's Who In Poetry. In 1997, she went back to college, graduated Valedictorian, and was honored to give a speech for her classmates and guests. Sadly, in 2000, she started having health complication. Barbara will be missed by her family and her extended Life Care family. 

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Reynolds, her parents, Martin "Jim" & Grace Vestal.

She is survived by her son, Mike Nelson, daughter, Elaine Etheridge, her sister, Joyce Madore, her grandchildren, Justin & Morgan Nelson, Ben Burge, Jason Burge, Amanda Stratford, and seven great-grandchildren. 
A graveside service will be held for Barbara November 1, 2022, at 2:00 pm, at Bloomfield Cemetery. Burial will immediately follow.
