Cari’s commitment to her community was unparalleled. She served as the President of the Farmington Softball League for many years. Her passion for service extended to her role as President of the San Juan County Sheriff’s Foundation, where she worked to support local law enforcement. Cari was also a member of the San Juan Leadership Program, inspiring others through her dedication. A true advocate for her community, she volunteered wherever needed and was always ready to help anyone who crossed her path. She was extremely kind, always showing or giving small gestures.
Though she volunteered and served in many capacities, the highlight of her life was her girls and grandkids. Whether coaching softball, helping with school popcorn sales, or her personal favorite—taking her grandkids along for grocery runs to Sam’s—she poured her heart into every moment. Her favorite title, and the one she cherished most, was “Nana,” as her grandkids called her.
Her memory will forever be cherished by all who knew her. Cari’s legacy of service, dedication, and love will continue to inspire and uplift those whose lives she touched.
