Carleen Ann Averill, 77 of Farmington, passed away January 7, 2019. She was born September 3, 1941 in Los Angeles, CA to Carl and Bernice Blackmore. There will be a memorial service for her Friday, January 11th at 1:30pm at the First Baptist Church in Farmington. Her care has been entrusted to Farmington Funeral Home, 2111 W. Apache St in Farmington.
