It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Chance Robert David Perkins, a cherished soul who departed this life on December 29, 2023, in Bloomfield, New Mexico.

Born on November 23, 1983, to Vicki Lattin and Glen Perkins, Chance leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

Chance is survived by wife, Gail Perkins, and four adored children: Cheyenne, Cheridan, Brody, and Brylee. He is also mourned by his loving parents, Vicki Lattin (Terry Lattin) and Glen Perkins (Theresa Perkins), as well as his siblings Nicole Martinelli (Stephen Martinelli), Kayla Macias (Nick Macias), and Alexyss Coleman (Frank Coleman). Additionally, he is fondly remembered by honorary brothers Dustin Murray and Travis McPheeters. 

Chance's loyal dog, Corndog, stood faithfully by his side, offering unwavering companionship. His departure is deeply felt by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who were touched by his warmth and generosity.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Don Davis and JoAnn Davis, as well as Glen Perkins Sr. and Margaret Perkins. 

 A celebration of Chance's life will take place on January 6, 2024, at 11:00 am at Mesa View Baptist Church. All who were touched by his vibrant spirit are invited to join us in honoring and remembering a life well-lived. May his memory continue to bring comfort and strength to all who knew and loved him.
