Charles Ray Jiles passed away on May 20, 2021 at the age of 88.
He was born to Dock & Vada Jiles in Beaver Oklahoma.
He was married in 1955 to the love of his life, Louise (Brack). They enjoyed 67 years of marriage.
Chuck served in the Air Force during the Korean War and was awarded the Bronze star for valor.
He retired from the City of Farmington after 30 years.
He was a talented, creative man who enjoyed wood carving, painting, golf, furniture making and was known to be able to build or do just about anything. In his younger years, he and Louise were members of the San Juan Archery Club where they both enjoyed competing in tournaments and outdoor activities.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Louise, their two children, David (Judy), Julie and husband Ronnie Rivera. He has 4 grandchildren; Noah, Brianna (Bowdi), Joseph and Megan (Chris) as well as two great grandchildren, Cinch & Judd.
Chuck always had a big, friendly smile for everyone. He was a kind and loving man very devoted to his wife and family. He will be missed very much.
Services: Cremation has taken place, no service will be held.
