Cynthia Shareen Dobbs was born on August 19, 1960, to Betty Jeanne Howe and Donald Stickle in Durango, Colorado.
Cynthia thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors and growing up in Durango, Colorado where she was surrounded by many magnificent mountain ranges and beautiful lakes. She took great pleasure in hiking, fishing and camping with family and friends. Cindy participated in many outdoor activities and also sports that included track, volleyball, tennis and swimming.
Cynthia also had a thirst for music and would entertain herself frolicking on her mother's piano. Playing only by ear, she was able to compose many songs. While very musical, writing was her passion. Her words were the musical notes that can fill the eyes and ears of all her readers, young and old. Her heart was an open book, so with her childlike imagination, her pencil in hand, she made her writing dream come true. Cynthia was inspired to write children's book and published two about a little girl, Ellie Mae who was learning to navigate the pandemic world.
While having achieved many things her greatest accomplishment was being the mother to Jesse, David, and Debra and grandmother to Ryker.
She is procproceededeeced in death by her husband Floyd David Dobbs, her mother, Betty Jeanne Howe and her father, Donald Stickle. She is survived by her three children: Jesse Stickle of Farmington, David Wayne Dobbs of Albuquerque, Debra Dobbs of Farmington, and her grandson Ryker Stickle of Farmington. She is also survived by brothers Eric and Bryan Stickle as well as Stephen and Daryl Howe.
She will be loved and missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
