Darrell Priddy

Darrell Lee Priddy, 50, of Bloomfield, NM, passed away November 4th, 2022. Darrell was born in San Diego, CA, January 25, 1972, to Tommy & Peggy Priddy. Darrel was a corpsman veteran of the United States Marine Corps and worked for Bureau of Land Management .

Darrell graduated from Bloomfield High in 1990 and then enlisted in the military in 1990 as well. Darrell graduated from San Juan College with his Associates degree of Applied Science as a Physical Therapy Assistant. He fought pro MMA in "King of the Cage" from 1998 - 2009 with an undefeated record. Darrell played in numerous bands, his most recent being "This Time Around." Darrell was also a YAFL coach for 4 years and most recently coached the BHS C-team. Darrell was big into keeping in close contact with his many marine "Blackheart" brothers. He had a magnetic personality, great sense of humor and made many friends that he formed strong bonds with.

Darrell is preceded in death by his grandparents, Dorothy Bradley, Tommy Priddy, David Lujan, and Margaret Lujan.

He is survived by his wife, Krystena Priddy, sons, Deasyl and Deakyn Priddy, his daughter, Kalissa Priddy, His parents, Peggy Priddy and Tommy Priddy, his brothers, Tommy (Nichole, children Arielle, TJ, Lilly) and Shannon (Keisha, children Breanna, Dominick, Makaylah), and his grandchild, Sailor Jade Ranier.

There will be a funeral service for Darrell at the First Baptist Church in Bloomfield, November 10, 2022, at 11:00am. Burial will immediately follow at the Bloomfield Cemetery. Darrell's bearers are Deakyn Priddy, Shannon Priddy, Deasyl Priddy, Floyd Sword, Tommy Priddy, and Gale Benally.
