Dion Darryl Bekis

Dion Darryl Bekis, 60, of Farmington, New Mexico, passed away on March 7, 2025, in Farmington, New Mexico. Dion was born on December 24, 1964, to Judith Bedonie.

Dion enjoyed many things in life. He was an avid Harley Davidson rider, he loved to go walking, he also enjoyed farming, sheep camp, reading his daily newspaper, and he was an Army Veteran.

Dion is proceeded by his son Kendall Bekise, stepfather Chee Bedonie, and grandparents Charles and Rena Bekis.

Dion is survived by sons Ardaniel Bekise, Therroll Bekise, Darius Bekis, parents Judith Bedonie, brothers Shannon Bedonie, Rawn Arthur Bedonie, and sister Rhiannon Bedonie.

A Visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, from 9:30-10:00am, and a Funeral Service will begin at 10:00-11:00, at Farmington Funeral Home. Officiated by Rev. Micheal Sells. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, in Farmington, New Mexico.

The pallbearers are Shannon Bedonie, Jakob Clichee, Peanuty Yazzie, Brayden Arther, Dinny Bekise, Tyler Bekise, Willy ’Moe Bekise and Jay Hanna.
