Donald Wood

Donald Kenneth Wood, Jr., 62, of Farmington, NM, passed from this life and stepped into eternity on November 24th 2021. He is now standing in the presence of the one to whom he dedicated his life, Jesus Christ.

Don was born on June 15, 1959 to Donald Kenneth Wood, Sr. and Joan C. Wood in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He was an amazing son, brother, father, father-in-law, grandfather, and friend to all who knew him. Don owned and operated his own business for over 30 years. He had a passion for photography, nature, fishing, and motorcycle rides. Don's first love was Jesus Christ and his family was a close second. If you knew him, you know he lived and preached Christ and His grace.

He is survived by his two sons Joshua Wood and Joel Wood, brothers Robert Wood and Rodney Wood, sister Donna Brown and many nieces and nephews. He was a loving father-in-law to Emily Wood (Joshua) and Jennifer Wood (Joel). Also, he was a proud Papa to six grandchildren: Paisley, Judah, Addison, Elisha, Ella, and Jaron. His presence within the family will truly be missed.

He was followed in death and reunited with his father Donald Kenneth Wood, Sr. the day after his passing and his mother Joan C. Wood four days later. They will all be truly missed.

Funeral Arrangements will be handled by Farmington Funeral Home.

Celebration of life Services for Don Wood, Jr. will be held at Oasis Church in Farmington, NM on December 31st at 10AM.
