 Felix Edward Francisco, 80, of Bloomfield, NM, was born on March 31, 1944, in Cahone, Colorado, to Manuel and Mary Archuleta Francisco. It is with compassionate hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Husband, Father, and Pompo. Eddie went to his heavenly home on November 27, 2024, surrounded by his family’s love.

Eddie will forever be cherished for the profound impact he made on his family, friends, and community. Known for his dedication as a family man, his success as a business owner, and his service as a proud Navy veteran, Eddie was a man of unwavering integrity. A pillar in his community, he exemplified hard work and instilled this value in his family.

He will be fondly remembered for his sharp sense of humor, his passion for helping others, and his deep love for his wife of 59 years, Rose Francisco. Together, they raised four children to be successful, faith-filled individuals. Eddie's legacy is rooted in his generosity, compassion, and wisdom, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew him.

Eddie was blessed with eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, each of whom he adored and made feel uniquely special. He gifted each one a nickname, a heartfelt expression of his love. Eddie touched countless hearts throughout his life, always sharing thoughtful advice and timeless wisdom. We are forever grateful to God for the blessing of having him in our lives.

Eddie is preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Mary Archuleta Francisco; his great-granddaughter, Sophia Lia Romero Campbell; his brothers, Manuel Francisco Jr. and Raymond Francisco; and his sisters, Ida Serventes and Nellie Lobato.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 59 years, Rose Francisco; his children, Cody Francisco (Jami), Edrynn Mestas (Tony), Bernadette Romero (Darryl), and Pamela Francisco (Caleb Coate); his brothers, Jim Francisco, Rick Francisco, and Rudy Francisco; his sisters, Josie Williamson, Gloria Fritchell, Barbara Dusterbeck, Loretta Romero, Linda Madrid, and Kris Davis; his grandchildren, Anthony Mestas (Heather), Eddie Mestas (Saren), Lexus Mestas, Levi Romero (Destiny), Chantele Cardenas (Efren), Justis Francisco (McKinzie), Tailer Farrell (Tyler), and Romeo Gurule (Abby Calderon); and his great-grandchildren, Tegan Mestas, Paislee Mestas, Aceson Mestas, Aybree Mestas, Adalyn Mestas, Braven Mestas, Rico Romero, Ayva Romero, Rocky Romero, Brylie Farrell, Amelia Farrell, Oakleigh Farrell, Knox Francisco, and Loghan Francisco.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at The Master’s Hand Church, located at 306 North 7th Street, Bloomfield, NM 87413. The service will be officiated by Leo Herrera.
