Goldie Hunt

Goldie LaJune Selby Hunt was born in Pagosa Springs CO on June 23,1924, to the proud parents of Harold Duane Selby and Lucy Lee Bennett. Goldie was the youngest of six children: Eirwin, Elizabeth, Dorothy, Mary, and Virginia. Goldie met and later married Wilbert R. Hunt on August 21,1942. They had seven children, Russell, Rodger (who passed away at birth), Sandra, David, Jeffery, Stephen, and Christine. Goldie and Wilbert have 18 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. Both Goldie and Wilbert were active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. They are and will be missed very much. The family would like to give Kirtland Fire Department a special "THANK YOU" for all their help with transfers they helped the family and Goldie out so many times. They are grateful for the help of their mom's last transfer to her final resting place, and a thanks goes out to Basin Home Health.
