Greg Martinez

Greg Anthony Martinez age 35 born March 31, 1988 to Ann-Drew Hibbetts and Vernon Martinez was called to our Lord and Savior May 2, 2023.

Greg enjoyed the small things in life and what it had to offer. He has had numerous jobs but he really enjoyed working at Navajo Lake and Marina. When asked why he drove the 45 minute commute every day he would simply say "for the scenery" and we all knew what that meant. When a family gathering was happening, you could bet he was there. Not only for the family, but the food and all the leftovers.

Early in life Greg enjoyed BMX bike racing, even had a custom bike made. Since elementary school Greg enjoyed taking care of birds, whether it be his pet birds or feeding hummingbirds. If there were hummingbirds around you can almost guarantee he was feeding them. Currently Greg has Cockatiel's that he raised. In middle school he joined the track team and ran cross country. Greg enjoyed playing his video games, as he would play every chance he would get. He enjoyed hauling wood and many fishing adventures. Greg worked at Farmers Market in Flora Vista New Mexico and he enjoyed it there and the people he worked with.

He is survived by his Parents Ann-Drew Prespentt (Kelly) Vernon Martinez (Loretta) and his younger sister Katelynn Sinclair (Tyrell) Grandparents Nell and Jerry Hibbetts Springerville AZ, Eleanor and Melisendro Martinez Canjilon NM. Nieces and nephew, cousins and many aunts and uncles.
