Helen Louise Suitor

Helen Louise Suitor passed away peacefully on February 19, 2022 in Farmington, New Mexico. Helen was born August 7, 1934 to Clyde and Cornelia Brown in Clayton, New Mexico.

As a little girl she moved with her family to Bayfield, Colorado where she was raised. She loved the family ranch and often shared fond memories of growing up there. She graduated from Bayfield High School in 1952 and was employed in Durango before moving to Farmington, NM. She worked for 20 years as a records clerk for the Farmington Police Department. After retiring she enjoyed her grandkids, fishing, crocheting, crossword puzzles, and her dogs.

Helen was preceded in death by her first husband Carl Robbins, her second husband Tommie Suitor, brother George Brown, sister June Carmack, and granddaughter Katie Becenti. Helen is survived by her two sons Ron Robbins and Don Robbins, eight grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Grandma Helen was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Services will be held Friday February 25, 2022 at Farmington Funeral Home at 11:00am and burial will be followed at Pine River Cemetery in Bayfield, Colorado.
