Jeffrey Begaye

Jeffrey Begaye, 39 of Farmington, New Mexico passed from this life on November 16th, 2021 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. His laughter, smile and his love for his family definitely set Jeffrey apart from others. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Jeff was preceded in death by his older brother Walter " Sonny" Begaye Jr. and by his father Walter J. Begay, and step-sister Stephanie Ahasteen. Jeffrey is survived by his wife Letitia, his daughter Kiara, Son Kyren and his Nephew Joshua Augustine. Jeffrey also leaves behind his mother Esther Ahasteen, step-father Steven Ahasteen, sisters Jacqueline Largo ( Michael), and Candace Augustine, and brothers Aaron Ahasteen and Christian Ahasteen, along with several nieces and nephews.

A viewing will take place on Tuesday November 23rd, from 4pm to 5pm at Farmington Funeral Home. Jeff's service will be Wednesday November 24th, at 10 am at The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints in Farmington NM(1310 E 25th St, Farmington NM) with burial to follow at the Bloomfield Cemetery. There will be a reception back at the church following the burial.
