Larry Osborne

Larry Dean Osborne, 81, passed away surrounded by friends and family, at his home on Monday, August 23, 2021 in Farmington, NM. Larry was born in Odessa, MO November 17, 1939 to William and Hazel Osborne. He was a dedicated educator with a teaching career spanning over 40 years. He had a passion for the outdoors, whether hiking; camping; fishing; or tending to his garden. With his ever-faithful dog CD at his side, he would spend hours entertaining friends by his pond. Larry touched many lives and leaves behind many friends. He will be missed.
He is survived by his daughter, Juliana McKiney and her husband Roger of Mitchell, NE; his son Andrew Osborne and his girlfriend Shannon Ropchock of Grand Junction, CO; 6 grandchildren Trevor, Kaitlyn, Marissa, Cedric, Tristyn and Tori; a brother Owen Osborne and his wife Judy of Black Butte Ranch, OR; 2 nieces Kathy and Jennifer and their families.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
