It is with great sadness, that we say goodbye to my partner and best friend DJ Coombs, who passed away on September 6, 2018 and is now with our Father in Heaven.  She was born November 17, 1960 in Santaquin, Utah.  Her career as an EMT was her most rewarding gig here on earth.  She saved many lives with her devotion and caring ways.  She was a vibrate person, had a gift of gab, and could make friends wherever she went and will be greatly missed by all.

She is preceded by her (son) Jared Coombs, (stepfather) John Haxton, (brother) Michael Haxton, (grandparents), Noakes, Coombs, and King.

She leaves behind, (Partner) Katina L. Hanna, (mother) Ellen Haxton, (sister) Julie Coombs, (sister) Francine (Tony) Silcox, (stepbrother) Jon (Penny) Haxton, Rachel (Kevin) King, Gayle Hughes, Christopher (Ayse) Haxton and many siblings
