Leonard Dean Evans

Leonard is preceded by his parents Jesse Walter Evans and Delilah DeSpain, sisters Myrna Evans, Elaine Harris, Donna Tinker, Cleah Tinker, and Mary Evans.

Leonard is survived by his wife Jody Evans (married for 56 years), daughter Shawna (Shawn) Fincher, grandchildren Brittani Jones, Ethan Fincher, Tucker Fincher, Talon Fincher, and great grandchildren Mat Jones, Haven Jones, Alma Jones, Regan Fincher, Eli Fincher, and Hailey Fincher.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 10:00am at The Church of Latter-Day Saints, 505 N. Oliver, Aztec, New Mexico, officiated by Bishop Norm Nelson, with Burial to follow at East Hammond Cemetery, Bloomfield, New Mexico. The Family will have a reception following burial back at the church.

Pallbearers for Leonard Dean Evans are Talon Fincher, Tucker Fincher, Ethan Fincher, Shawn Fincher, Paul Knight, David Knight.
