Lisa Johnson

In loving memory of Lisa Adele Johnson, age 65, who peacefully departed this life on June 30th, 2024.

Lisa lived a life that was a testament to compassion, generosity, and resilience. She was known for her devotion to the Lord, her unwavering faith and her heart of service. Lisa cherished her family above all else and her love for them showed no bounds. Lisa will be deeply missed by her husband of 46 years Fred Johnson, sons Andrew and Matthew, daughters Maryann and Brandi, grandchildren Aubriana, Brayden, Joshua, Trenton, and Natalie, fur babies Sweet Pea (aka Bully Baby) and Hanna, along with her friends, colleagues, and countless other family members that she adopted along the way.

Lisa worked at Nearly Famous for 39 years, where she touched the lives of clients and colleagues alike. She never missed an opportunity to pray with anyone who crossed her path. She used her position at Nearly Famous as an opportunity to share the message of Jesus through kindness, prayer and service.

Lisa was known best for her strict morning workout routine, her daily stops at 7-2-11 for iced tea, and for emptying out an entire can of Lysol when anyone so much as coughed. Anyone who knew Lisa knew two things, do not touch her walls and always be honest.

The memory of Lisa Johnson will forever be cherished by those who loved her. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, devotion, integrity, and an enduring strength, which will continue to inspire us all. Her spirit will forever live on in the memories of those who have had the privilege of knowing her.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 at 10:00 at The Oasis Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Place Family Health Center, a cause close to her heart. In lieu of flowers, please find it in your heart to donate to Grace Place Center. 

We will have a potluck immediately following the service. Please bring your favorite dish and join us in celebrating Lisa's life.
