Manuel Sanchez

Manuel Martin Sanchez, age 56, a beloved resident of Farmington, New Mexico, passed away on May 11, 2024, in his hometown. He was born on February 10, 1968, to Alfonso Dominico Sanchez and Lydia Dolores Medina Sanchez.

Manuel was a generous, loving individual. He was an adventurous man that had many talents and hobbies. Manuel was a business partner at Sanchez Bros. Paint & Body. He loved 80's heavy metal music, classic cars, and riding dirt bikes with his brother Daniel, his cousins and close friends. He was a god-fearing man as he had a strong bond with his Lord and Savior. Manuel loved his family very much, especially his mother. He was her "Lil Bear". Manuel will be greatly missed but the love he shared will continue to live in our hearts and memories forever.

Manuel was preceded in death by his loved ones Uncle Benny Sanchez, Cousin Audie Medina, Aunt Cecilia (Sissy) Gonzales, and Uncle Gilbert.

He is survived by his father, Alfonso Dominico Sanchez and devoted mother Lydia Dolores Medina Sanchez, his caring brothers Daniel Sanchez and Dominic Sanchez, and his beloved sister Patricia Sanchez. Manuel's memory will also live on through his nieces and nephew: Alexis (Irving) Cerano, Salvador (Mariah) Sanchez-Ocano, and Adrianna Marquez, along with his great nieces and nephew: Marcos and Marivel Sanchez, Estrella Cerano, Araceli, Nayeli, and Ellianna Sanchez-Ocano.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the River Community Church located at 501 W. Broadway Ave. Farmington, NM, with Pastor Charles Pollard officiating.

In this time of mourning, may we find solace in the memories we shared with Manuel, and may his soul find eternal peace.
