Maxcine Flaherty

Maxcine A. Flaherty passed away at San Juan Regional Medical Center early Sunday morning, January 27, 2019 at the age of 85. She was born in Leedey, OK on September 20, 1933, daughter to James Skipper and Tessie Ledbetter. She lived a long, beautiful life. From raising a family and a farm to waitressing to multiple management positions, she finished out her later years as manager of a mobile home park in Aztec, NM. Among all the many things she accomplished, she was a proud survivor of breast cancer. Her main hobbies were going to the casino and gardening. Maxcine helped many people any way she could. She never let anyone go without when they were in need. Maxcine is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and one grandchild. She is survived by her seven children, eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. The service will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 10:00 am at Farmington Funeral Home, 2111 W Apache St.
