Michael Cole

Michael "Mike" Cole, age 44, suddenly passed March 19, 2021 in Brooklyn, New York.

Mike was born on July 4,1976 to Winston and Debbie Cole in Emporia, VA. Mike and George later moved to Farmington to join their dad.  Michael went to Farmington High School and graduated in 1995. After graduation Mike joined the United States Navy in the Mobile Construction Battalion with designation as SEABEE COMBAT WARFARE SPECIALIST. After serving his country he found his place in the construction industry.

Mike loved playing soccer.  He had his favorite fishing spots and loved to be outdoors.  Mike loved traveling the world and have seen many places. He loved spending time with his family and friends.  He had a big heart, an even bigger smile and an infectious laugh to match.  He was very intelligent, with a witty comeback for everything.  Mike was always up for new adventure no matter how big or small. He was kind and helpful with good intentions.  He was an example of how to celebrate life to the fullest.  He was loved by many and he was the person who kept up and checked in with all his friends he will be deeply missed.

He is proceeded in death by Debbie Cole (Mother). Michael's survivors include Winston Cole (Carmen) Father, George Cole (Brother), Joshua Cole (Nephew), Charles Shay (Tania) Brother, Julie Shay (Sister), Andy Shay (Brother). There are many aunts, uncle, cousins and friends.

A memorial Service will be held at Farmington Funeral Home 2111 West Apache Street, Farmington, NM on Friday April 9, 2021 at 10:00 am
