Ramoncita Maestas

Ramoncita E. Medina - Maestas, 101, was born August 29, 1916 in Gallina, NM to Ramon Medina & Celestina Cordova. She passed away peacefully on January 8, 2018 at Cedar Ridge Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family.

In 1935, Ramoncita met the "love of her life" Jose D. Maestas, they were married for 57 years. They rasied 3 children in the small town of Gallina, NM. We know that we know beyond a shadow of a doubt they have been re-united in Heaven.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jose D. Maestas, grandson Glen C. Maestas and sister Eduviginia Maestas.

She is survived by her daughter Elvira (Leonard) Chavez, sons; Richard (Ora) Maestas and Orlando (Helen) Maestas. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and their spouses, 17 great-grandchildren, and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
