Roberta Lorraine Brannon

Roberta Lorraine Brannon, 56, of Navajo Dam, New Mexico passed away peacefully on July 29th, 2024, surrounded by family.

She was born to parents Robert and Cora Velasquez on December 26th, 1967, in Del Norte Colorado. She grew up there, and then moved to Farmington, New Mexico with her family. This is where she met Jeremy Elvin Brannon on Valentines Day 1991. They married on May 20th, 1995, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Farmington, New Mexico. She was a beloved wife, mother, daughter and sister to her family.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Jeremy, and sons Bryan and Justin Brannon. Also survived by brothers Chris, Art, and Mike Velasquez, and sisters Lisa Marez, and Melissa Archer. She had many beloved uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws. She will be greatly missed by many.

The Holy Rosary will be recited Friday August 9, 2024, at 9:30 with a Funeral Mass to follow at 10:00 am from Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 410 N. Allen Ave. Farmington, NM. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Farmington, NM. Serving as pallbearers will be Justin and Bryan Brannon, Tony Marez, Larry Archer, Dino Rivera, Mike, Art and Chris Velasquez. 

Visitation with the family will be Thursday August 8, 2024, from 4 to 6 PM at Farmington Funeral Home, 2111 W. Apache St.
