Tammy Morris

Tammy Jo Morris passed away July 7, 2024. She was born to Thomas and Donna Morris May 7, 1962, in Peoria, Illinois. She grew up in Chillicothe, Illinois and the surrounding area until 2013, when she moved to Farmington, New Mexico.

While in Illinois, Tammy was employed with Caterpillar, Inc. Here in New Mexico, she managed Bubble City and only left there to care for her mother-in-law, Barbara.

Tammy was a one-of-a-kind, loving, generous soul. One of her absolute favorite things was her love for chicken strips and fries with gravy. She dearly loved her fur babies, Kit Kat and Baby.

Tammy was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Donna Morris, Father-in-law, Bill Cross, Mother-in-law, Barbara Cross, Sister Denise and husband Loran McCune, Brother-in-law Rudolfo Rodriguez and Nephew Dallas Baker.

Tammy was survived by her husband Kirk Cross, Son Perry Haney (Tara), Sisters Debbie Rodriguez, Brenda Morris, Grandchildren Sophia and Lochlan Haney, Nieces Daphne, Tonya, Stephanie and Ashley.

Tammy will be deeply missed by family and friends, but will remain in our heart forever.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, July 21, 2024 at her home from 11:00 am-3:00 pm
