Thomas Dale Lucy, born on September 12, 1959, in Farmington, New Mexico, passed away on April 21, 2024, in the same city. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Dale was a man of many passions and interests, including hunting, fishing, playing horseshoes, and "pittling in the backyard". His spirit and warm presence touched the lives of those around him. Throughout Dale's life he proudly worked for Colemand Drilling, American Industrial, and Osborne Industrial Engine.
He is survived by his sons Dusty Lucy (Alycen) and Dylan Lucy (Nealynn), sister Terrie Coberly (Joey), uncle David and Aunt Peggy, numerous cousins, nephews Uriah Coberly (Christy) and Tyler Dougherty (Courtney), great-nieces Alisa, Catalina, Ariahiz Coberly, Skylar, Ollie Dougherty, great-nephew Uriah Dougherty, granddaughters Lauren Delrie and Camryn Lucy.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents Archie and Charlotte Lucy, brother Aaron Lucy, sister Karen Brooks, and grandparents Beatrice Hobbs, Clyde Belle, and Duey Lucy.
A Memorial Service to honor Dale's life will be held on May 9, 2024, at World Harvest Church in Farmington, NM. The service will begin at 10:00 AM. Family and friends are invited to attend this gathering to celebrate the life of a man who brought joy to all who knew him.
